These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Mabar88 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of all services provided through mabar88.cam, including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, live dealer services, promotional programmes, and account management facilities.

By registering an account, accessing the platform, or placing any wager on Mabar88, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

• "Platform" means the Mabar88 website accessible at mabar88.cam, including all associated mobile-optimised interfaces, games, betting markets, and account services.
• "Account" means the unique registered user account created by a Player to access Mabar88 services.
• "Player Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds held in a Player's account, excluding any bonus funds subject to wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, or matched deposit bonuses credited to a Player's account that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total cumulative bet value a Player must place before Bonus Funds or bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal, expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 10x, 35x) applied to the bonus amount.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required by Mabar88 before processing withdrawals or at specific account activity thresholds.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any territory in which online gambling is unlawful or in which the Player's use of Mabar88 would violate applicable law.
• "MYR" or "RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the primary transaction currency of the Mabar88 platform.

To register and maintain an account on Mabar88, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. Mabar88 strictly prohibits access by persons under the age of 21. We may require documentary proof of age at any time, including prior to processing your first withdrawal.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ascertain whether your use of Mabar88 is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, employee, or representative of any third party.
• You do not hold an existing account on Mabar88. Only one account per person, household, IP address, device, and payment method is permitted.
• You have not previously been excluded from Mabar88 or had an account terminated for a breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• You are not a director, employee, agent, consultant, or affiliate of Mabar88 or any of its associated entities, nor an immediate family member of the foregoing.

When registering an account with Mabar88, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You must update this information promptly if it changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. Mabar88 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login credentials. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

Each individual may hold only one registered account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Mabar88 may, at its discretion, merge, void, or permanently close all associated duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances therein.

Mabar88 operates a mandatory KYC verification programme. Players must successfully complete identity verification before their first withdrawal is processed. Required documents typically include a valid government-issued photo identification (Malaysian MyKad, passport) and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposit. We reserve the right to request additional documentation at any time.

Mabar88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank online banking, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Hong Leong Connect, Bitcoin (BTC), and Tether (USDT). All transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency channels.

The minimum deposit amount is RM50 per transaction. Minimum withdrawal amounts and applicable daily, weekly, and monthly withdrawal limits are displayed within the account banking section. Mabar88 reserves the right to amend these limits with reasonable prior notice.

Withdrawal requests submitted by Players who have completed KYC verification and satisfied all applicable wagering requirements will be processed within the following indicative timeframes:

• E-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay): typically 5–30 minutes
• DuitNow and FPX bank transfers: typically within 2 hours during banking hours
• Cryptocurrency withdrawals: within 1 network confirmation

Mabar88 does not impose fees on standard withdrawals. However, your payment provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges, for which Mabar88 bears no responsibility.

All funds deposited to Mabar88 must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Mabar88 reserves the right to request documentation evidencing the lawful source of funds deposited into your account. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be returned and the associated account suspended pending investigation.

Mabar88 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, VIP rewards, and refer-a-friend incentives. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms and any specific conditions stated at the time the offer is made.

Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived therefrom may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each individual promotion page. As a general reference, our welcome bonus offers carry wagering requirements as follows:

• 288% Magnificent Welcome Bonus (up to MYR 2,880): 35x wagering requirement on bonus amount
• 100% Standard Welcome Bonus (up to MYR 300): 10x wagering requirement on bonus amount
• 188% Esports Welcome Bonus (up to MYR 888): 18x wagering requirement on bonus amount
• 2% Crypto Deposit Bonus (up to MYR 688): 12x wagering requirement on bonus amount

Mabar88 operates automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk covering bets across multiple outcomes to reduce wagering risk; exploiting software errors or loopholes; coordinating account activity with other players to artificially fulfil wagering requirements. Where bonus abuse is identified, Mabar88 reserves the right to void all bonus funds and associated winnings, and to suspend or permanently close the affected account.

• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, household, IP address, or device.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash directly.
• Mabar88 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any promotional offer at any time with reasonable prior notice.
• In the event of a conflict between these general terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

All wagers placed on Mabar88 are subject to the applicable sport- or game-specific rules displayed on the Platform at the time the bet is placed. The following general betting principles apply across all markets:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Mabar88 does not accept cancellation requests for confirmed wagers except as expressly provided under applicable sport rules (e.g., void bets due to match abandonment).
• In the event of a technical error affecting odds or game outcomes, Mabar88 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the Player Balance.
• Mabar88 reserves the right to impose maximum bet limits at its discretion, including reduced limits for individual markets, events, or accounts.
• Where a bet is placed on an event that has already commenced (in-play betting), the bet is subject to the odds prevailing at the time the wager is confirmed by the system — not the odds displayed at the time the selection was initiated.
• Mix parlay bets require all selections to be correct for the bet to win. One incorrect selection renders the entire parlay void of return (subject to applicable sport rules for void legs).

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Mabar88 platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information.
• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or financing of terrorism.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or tamper with any software or game logic on the Platform.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets or interact with the Platform without prior written consent from Mabar88.
• Exploiting any software error, bug, or vulnerability — whether or not it results in financial gain. Players who discover errors are required to report them to support immediately.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in games or betting markets.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies across multiple accounts or platforms in a manner designed to eliminate risk at the Platform's expense.
• Engaging in any form of abusive, threatening, or harassing communication toward Mabar88 staff or other platform users.

All content on the Mabar88 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, user interface design, logos, software, game content, and underlying code — is the intellectual property of Mabar88 or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of Mabar88.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mabar88 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, interruption of service, or any losses arising from reliance on information displayed on the Platform.

Mabar88 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where operationally practicable.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.

Mabar88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment. If gambling is causing you financial, emotional, or social difficulties, please make use of the tools available on our Responsible Gambling page.

• Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings at any time.
• Players may request a cooling-off period (temporary self-exclusion) ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Players may request permanent self-exclusion by contacting our support team. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum of 6 months.
• Mabar88 strictly prohibits the registration or continued use of accounts by individuals under the age of 21.

Mabar88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Player account in the following circumstances, among others:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other unlawful conduct.
• Where required by applicable law, court order, or regulatory directive.
• Where Mabar88 reasonably determines that continuing the account relationship poses a reputational, legal, or financial risk to the Platform.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach by the Player, any verified Player Balance will be returned to the Player via the last-used payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Where closure is due to a breach, Mabar88 may withhold Player Balance pending the conclusion of any investigation.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their account may do so at any time by contacting our support team. All withdrawal obligations for verified, non-bonus balances will be honoured prior to account closure.

These Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with your use of Mabar88 shall in the first instance be referred to our customer support team for resolution. We are committed to resolving player disputes fairly, transparently, and within a reasonable timeframe.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process, the matter may be referred to an independent dispute resolution mechanism in accordance with the Platform's licensing obligations. Mabar88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via the email address associated with their account or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease use of the Platform and close your account prior to the effective date of the changes.
